Privacy Policy

What we collect
We collect information you give us directly: quiz answers, your email, your dog's name and profile details, waitlist and newsletter signups, and contact-form messages. If checkout is enabled later, Stripe will collect payment data. We also collect standard analytics events such as page views and funnel steps.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not send details about medications or supplements into advertising pixels. Quiz health-adjacent answers stay on the path needed to recommend a plan and, later, to fulfill an order.
Waitlist, newsletter, and contact emails are sent with Resend. Every customer email includes an unsubscribe link. We honor unsubscribe immediately. Transactional confirmations of a waitlist or contact submission still include unsubscribe because we also use those addresses for product-availability mail.
Payments
Restore is on a waitlist. We are not collecting card numbers for it today. If checkout is enabled later, payments will be processed by Stripe. We will not store full card numbers on Better Years servers.
Cookies
If you later complete checkout, we may use a signed, httpOnly cookie so you can open a billing portal from /account. We may use analytics cookies if Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or PostHog are enabled via environment variables.
